If your item is Faulty Or Damaged

If your item is faulty or damaged the options available to your vary depending on when you received the item from us, please read below:

If you received your item in the last 7 days

  • We will offer you a exchange, replacement or replacement.

  • We will require photographs of the problem to be sent to contact@dottydoristreasures.com where a member of staff will guide you through the procedure.

  • If your item was damaged when you received the it then you'll need to contact us on contact@dottydoristreasures.com about arranging a replacement or refund. Photographs of the damaged delivery package and product will be required. In some case if it is purely cosmetic and your happy to keep the item we maybe able to offer a future discount voucher in replacement.
